For the price point on these shorts, I am very dissatisfied with the difficulties I’ve had attempting to return a pair of trunks. The quality is nice, but the website and customer experience are quite poor. To charge what you do for the shorts and then when you attempt to return them get told by the post office the shipping costs $100+ is ridiculous. There’s nowhere that makes that aware on the website and you end up paying three times out of pocket for the original shorts, shipping back, and then a new pair that you don’t even get credited the full amount on. I just truly believe for a brand and price point as such, you’d do better by your customers because I’m now stuck with a pair of shorts I can’t send back and now can’t get the size I need.
