Stayed in Crown Plaza car Park, Barnsley as we where staying at the premier Inn Central and the car park is directly below the Premier Inn. We have stayed many times in this car park with no problems but this time it looked like a refuse tip with rubbish every where, Empty beer cans and bottles all over the place. I really did not feel safe leaving the car there over night as it would appear the local homeless/drug community are using it on a regular basis.If you are running the car park (SIP) and fining people the least you could do is keep it clean and undesirables from holding drinking parties down there.
