The assigned driver declined to deliver my order to my location, claiming he couldn't find parking. This was already frustrating, but it escalated when the driver reached out to me directly via a messaging app. I never agreed to be contacted this way, nor did I authorize the use of my personal information for such communication. This clearly violates my privacy and has made me feel very uneasy.
