Very good support with this company, in daily contact with my account manager, guiding me through trades,forthright and no-nonsense discussion, always appears to know what she is talking about. I have achieved an account balance which now warrants a withdrawal; however, it seems that I need to terminate the account and withdraw everything, rather than simply a partial withdrawal. This sounds strange- however a quick search suggests that in some cases this is normal- (citing AML/ risk management/ operational & technical constraints..[do your own look-up].. so ok..upon termination there is a fee to be paid as a % of the sum. OK - alarm bells? ....well maybe. However fees for services do apply as in any industry as might local taxes (in this case, France).. so nothing too unusual here. The 'litmus test' comes when/if they actually pay out!
