In my opinion the service was not good, as there were many issues..Firstly they sent items minus several and just said "by the way we will refund those" and I said you're supposed to ask first especially if more than half the order is missing and also I would not have agreed and paid postage also. So they refunded postage and to be fair I did receive the remaining items.However, that is not how businesses should operate in my opinion.The remaining items were also incomplete (no surprises there)Couldn't even be bothered to request a refund for those, not worth it, fed up of dealing with them.The website looks good and professional, but again, it seems items showing in stock are blatantly not in stock. I have seen other companies use this process to get sales, in my opinion it is deceptive and should be illegal.they don't offer paypal or other payment with safety in my opinion and that speaks for itself I think.
