The main reason for our large order was that the platform confirmed the 'NO added sugar' option was available. I tried reaching out to the support team, who instructed me to email my concern. Sadly, I received no reply. After two weeks, I followed up via email, yet still no response. Now, I’m left with 10 large cans of sweetened mango pulp that don’t meet my dietary needs, so I’m giving them away to friends for free. It feels unfair to return them and incur high shipping costs when this wasn’t my error. I am very disappointed with the company’s lack of accountability and customer service, and I cannot recommend them to others. If anyone from the company reads this, it’s unacceptable to mislead customers and disregard your mistakes.
