Buying and receiving this item were not a problem. I received it quickly and in good condition.The problem is, the item is completely useless. It is so small and poorly designed that I can't use it at all. It needs to be redesigned.
Delivery was horrible. The package went to the wrong location. The delivery service, Uni-uni, took more than a week to respond, but Sissy Supplies sent the delivery photo immediately when I contacted them. They also refunded the purchase price immediately when I told them the package was misdelivered. I will reorder with extremely explicit delivery instructions, including a map of my apartment complex.Update: I reordered with the detailed delivery instructions. Sissy Supplies then offered to send the package by UPS or USPS, which was wonderful. TOP NOTCH CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I am delighted to make Sissy Supplies my first choice vendor from now on.
