In my early 40’s l didn’t feel right, my anxiety was high, confidence low, depression, cold sweats not having much drive or motivation in life. Over the years lve been to the doctor, changed jobs, done fasting, taken numerous pills suggested by social media but nothing was working.
I tried TRT therapy and it was then l discovered the cause of my feelings, very low testosterone. Unfortunately l had to stop this, as one of the side effects was an increased risk of stroke and heart attack, which l was told l was at risk off.
I found myself in a rather desperate situation, lost, feeling dead inside and l didn’t know what to do.
Then one day l came across Alpha 21 on social media, l wasn’t sure about it to be honest, l thought it could be a scam, so part of me was a bit terrified but l made contact and signed up!
For the first time, l felt l was in the hands of experts, someone to help me, telling me what to eat, the best supplements to take, the best way to exercise.
Over the last 6 months l have had two personal trainers to guide me, Tom and Lee, both were excellent, extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
So after 6 months what’s happened?
I feel calmer, l sleep better, my anxiety has reduced. I’m in the best shape of my life and my wife says lve even stopped snoring!!
In hindsight l wish ld done this first before the TRT therapy but that’s the journey of life.
If you are considering joining the program my advise is this.
You need to commit!
It is tough! You will have great days and equally terrible days!
Not only is it a physical challenge but also a mental one!
There is no magic pill!!
But you will get out what you put in, supported all the way!
You only have one body, one life so look after it and in time it should hopefully look after you too! If a silly old fool like me can do it then so can you!
