I came across the alpha 21 program due to other people I personally know were getting incredible results on it. At the time of of discovering the program I was 38 years old , 102kg, 28.9% body fat with a numerous amount of underling health conditions living a very sendtary life. Through they blood optimisation testing, a custom made program was set out for me to optimise my health. This program allowed me to drop 27kg in weight and over 25% of the body I was carrying within 7 months. I have been educated in a vast amount of areas such as nutrition, life style, resistance training just to name a few. This has allowed me to reach personal goals and increased my confidence to achieve professional goals. The amount of support and knowledge I have received from both Dom and Carl has been incredible. Always on hand to answer questions and to help me over come any hurdles that come my way. I was at a point of my life where I needed to invest in myself to become a better version of myself. A healthy version for both my self and my kids. I have made my relationships stronger and also been put into a better head space. I couldn't recommend this program any more if I tried. It has truly reformed my life for the better in so many ways.
