I recently bought some trousers and knee pads. When I inserted the pads into the knee pad pockets there didn't seem to be anything to keep the pads in as the pockets were wider than the pads. I emailed Site King to complain and they replied immediately offering to take the trousers back if I was unhappy. I explained that I wanted to keep them as they are good quality but I suggested that they should get the problem sorted out to avoid future complaints. I then received another email to let me know that they had investigated the problem further and informed me that there is a flap inside the pocket to keep the pads in. Totally my fault for not checking properly. I would just like to say thank you to the staff at Site King. It is unusual these days to have such a personal and rapid response. The quality of the work wear I have purchased from Site King has always been top quality and now I know that the after sales customer services is also top notch.Thanks for a great service.Regard, Dave
