After a long association with this service, we were left feeling completely let down. Brief summary: fragmented service, overpriced, questionable SEO tactics, poor account management, and inadequate customer support. We invested thousands over the years, but received very little in return. Paying a monthly fee for a single keyword is absurd for a so-called SEO expert.
