We have been with Sitewizard for many years and I have always found them to be excellent however on this occasion the service has been far from acceptable. We have been experiencing email bounce backs for 2 days now (started Tuesday morning and it's now Thursday morning) and despite contacting them both days and sending a support ticket the problem still exists. Having spoken yesterday briefly with customer services it would appear to be n issue with Sitewizard's server providers however nobody has been in touch to explain what is happening or what they are doing about it. Not even an apology! This issue is now damaging our reputation with service users, our regulator and the legal profession.
