Service Lacking Attention to Detail

I was asked twice via email about food allergies but had to remind the staff upon arrival that they were unaware of my allergy, making their emails redundant. The team leader was rude and abruptly informed us that we wouldn't have time for coffee, despite having 30 minutes left in our two-hour slot. Given the meal's cost, I expected a higher standard of service.
