Rude customer serviceWas a great restaurant and have been a lot and enjoyed I feel it's lost its focus on the customer, possibly due to expansion.Rude customer service staff (encountered twice now), over-selling offers, rushed service and a hit or miss menu.Shame as I was an advocate and bought numerous gift cards for other people to try it. You know it's bad when we're trying to give away a £200 gift card because you can't bring yourself to visit!
