I started my journey with sixthreezero several months ago. We have had a few missteps along the way, but my customer service representative, Rizelle, has been diligent in working hard to solve each issue as it came up. The wait was on one hand painful at times, BUT the reward of ending up with the bike I NEED to have has made it an overall WIN for me. I cannot find enough adjectives to describe how special and cared about Rizelle has made me feel throughout this process.
