Unfortunately, we hired Sixty seconds, started well but ended badly over the route of all evil MONEY. we were miss sold a product which turned out to be very similar to invideo which costs £99 and Canva pro which also costs £100, we were informed this by another company who we showed the templates to, we were sold by Andrew, thought he was great to talk to and with what he could do for us. i think the worse bit is that he was aware we were raising money for childrens cancer charities, nice gentleman but a true businessman selling us the dream.Thank you for the reply Andrew, good your pointing out you want money again, also happy to put a template you provided up and 1 that we done on the other provider which you state can’t be done! ( which cost £99 for the year) not the £5000 your trying to charge!! Which we’ve also paid £3000+ upfront for, And let the people decide, I will get our developers to make a web page for them to showcase and get a poll out there.Would happily give you 5 stars for customer service just not the product unfortunately, which not only myself but others state we’ve had our “pants pulled down” maybe I should get our solicitors involved like you have.
