I’ve been using it for about six months and gained around one inch so far, wearing it 5-6 days a week for around 3-5 hours a day. I keep track of my hours and measurements in a spreadsheet (so far 400 hours in) and take photos of measurements to remind myself how much progress I’ve made.The size increase is definitely noticeable and has been a boost to my confidence. I’ve seen some increase in girth too. It also makes you harder and for longer since it stimulates blood flow, so in that sense I plan to continue using it even after reaching my length goal. I wish I discovered the device years ago. The device itself is very well-made with good quality material as I haven’t had any issues with it or parts failing, etc. It still looks brand new even after a lot of use. It’s comfortable to wear too but takes some getting used to at first with putting it on and securing a good grip (a bit of talc powder helps too). I find it's best to wear if you're laying down.I’ve also been impressed with the customer support I’ve received, having had to email a few times along the way with questions and asking for advice, and they always reply promptly and helpfully. The same person replies to my emails, so it’s nice having consistency since they are familiar with me as a customer.My advice/tips for new users - follow the start-up programme, be patient and consistent, clean the device daily, keep track of your hours and take regular measurements. I use the silicone tube as a strap and find that every few months or so I need to order a new one since it will lose its tightness overtime due to stretching, but it’s inexpensive to buy.
