We visited Blossoms in Lytham on Friday & had a very decent meal. Food & service was fine. As we were staying in the area for another day we visited the establishment again on Saturday. The experience this time was somewhat different We both ordered steak which neither of us could chew. We had taken our two dogs who enjoyed the meat We called over the waitress showing her the gristle which was still on my plate. To her credit she apologised The chef appeared but ignored us & ordered a pint from the barWe acknowledge steaks can be good & sometimes not so good but for two steaks to be totally inedible is strangeIt would have reduced the feeling of being cheated if the management came & spoke to usJames,
