Having relocated from UK to Jersey, I contacted SJB Global to review my pensions options and a possible transfer of my UK pension pot to a Qualifying Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme “QROPS”. Following advise and help from Rob Hoey of SJB, including communication with a major Jersey pensions provider introduced by Rob, I concluded that in my particular circumstances a QROPS transfer was not the best option.
