We like that SJF usually has what we are looking for or they can get it. It is not a fast process so we have to remember to not be in a hurry when we order something. I emailed our previous sales rep 6/8. Got a reply 6/13 stating order had been sent to transport dept; 6/21 I emailed asking when we would be hearing from the transport dept. 6/25 got email stating they were waiting for decking; 6/29 got an email with our credit card receipt, purchase order; 7/2 got email from transport dept finally. We were out of town so replied 7/7 that due to the length of time to get, we would not be able to,pick up until 7/17; 7/9 got reply that would be fine; 7/17 we finally were able to pick up items. During this whole time we kept getting marketing emails announcing a big 80% off sale with huge inventory. Apparently not on the stuff we needed. One month + made this a long process.
