I've been trying to contact them to return a pair of skates that I ordered, I've called, emailed, used their chat feature and nothing. No One returns a response. When you call, your call is forwarded to a cell phone and when that person answers, he somehow can't hear you. I tried several different phones just to make sure it wasn't on my end. I agree with the below comment, wish I had did my research before purchasing from them. Terrible customer service.
