I ordered a hoodie for the daughter for Xmas on 12/18/23. They emailed the next day saying what I ordered was out of stock. So I said just send something same brand. Here we are on 1/4/24 and my daughter asked where her hoodie was. Is this the type of business you want to order from. Almost 1 mos no communication nothing. They do not care about you. Go elsewhere where you’re appreciated and the communication is effective. Instead they screwed me and my daughter for Christmas and not even a hey I’m sorry we screwed up.
