Our experience was great, as locals we went to the shop, but we also understood they are primarily an online retailer so we didn't expect them to have a store front, we fully expected it to be what just about any primary online dealer would look like.We looked around and the owner asked if we needed help and told him what we were looking for and he was able to quickly pick out skates for us to try on and helped with sizing. The selection was great, they had everything we were looking for and we got my wife the top of the line Moxi skates in her desired color and I got some aggressive skates. He helped us make decisions on what to get for accessories for them to match what we were doing on skates.We were pleased overall with everything, the prices were great, selection was huge, and the owner is willing to share his vast experience in helpi6you select a skate. If you're a local, it's a great place to go if you want a straight up experience without the frills of some uppity store with a limited selection. Finally, if you're a skateboarder, the wall of decks number in what I believe is the thousands to select from. You can't go wrong here either in person or online.
