Wish I did some research before ordering from them. On their website they look very legit as they appeared to have a huge inventory. I didn't suspect anything at all. Before the skates even got to me, I did more research on the sizing and model and realized it won't fit me, so I emailed them to give them a heads up that I wanted to do a return. I had no response from email, no response from their website chat, and they won't answer their phones. It wasn't until 5 days after my initial attempt to contact that they finally responded. Long story short, it has been a complete nightmare dealing with them. When they finally respond, they're unprofessional. It has been almost 20 days since my initial purchase and I still haven't gotten things resolved yet. I don't know how they can remain in business.
