Beyond bad. This is the first time i bought a shoes whose plastic clutch jist broke within 2 weeks. I reported it and they refused to refund it because they use the fact that me as a tourist couldn't come back to the store in Penang, Malaysia. The shoes are 2 weeks old and their explanation they wont refund is because "signs of wear", .. yes I wore them 2 weeks it shouldn't look like it's bought today but It shouldn't BREAK WITHIN 2 WEEKS. ABSOLUTELY the worst shoe experience i ever had. I wont give up on mu refund. This is a robbery. They are not cheap.
