The sizing is quite inconsistent. A size 7.5 fits well at times, but other times it doesn't. It seems to vary by shoe category. My athletic shoes are size 7.5, but the dressy-casual boots I purchased in the same size are too large. Conversely, the sporty cold-weather boots in size 7.5 are too small, with my toes hitting the front. The company needs to address this issue.
