I registered for one of their webinars after seeing an ad. I didn’t even attend the session, yet they started calling me repeatedly to sell their course. If I missed a call in the morning, they would call again in the afternoon, and even as late as around 10 PM. The calls seemed AI-mediated, so no matter what I said, it made no difference. Requesting them to stop felt like talking to thin air or like I was talking to a wall.
I even contacted their customer care to request that they stop calling. The agent simply said “okay” and disconnected, but the calls continued. Eventually, I spoke to a senior and explained my situation, that I had a family emergency and was spending most of my time in the hospital, and their constant calls were extremely distressing. Only then did the calls finally stop.
Their marketing approach is extremely aggressive and overwhelming. It got to a point where I almost cried. Since then, I never register for any of their webinars. The rest is your call.
