Mentors changed without notice, continuity was absent, and accountability was lacking. Realizing this, I decided to withdraw early. What followed was a frustrating and unacceptable process involving endless “validation checks,” “eligibility reviews,” and shifting explanations. Despite submitting a formal withdrawal notice and following every requested step, over 60 days have passed without a refund. Responses from the organization have been vague, non-committal, and consistently delayed, with no concrete resolution or accountability. The overall conduct gives the impression of stalling tactics rather than a genuine refund process. In my view, this experience resembles a scam operation, where strong sales promises are made upfront, but delivery, transparency, and post-enrollment support are severely lacking.
