What followed was confusing communication, contradictory responses from various staff members, and an overall poor customer experience. This feels misleading and unprofessional. If an organization cannot uphold its own commitments, it raises serious concerns about its credibility. I strongly urge the company to process my refund and to stop making misleading statements during their sessions. I would not recommend this service until they improve their refund policies, enhance transparency, and honor their commitments.
