You need to contact them almost daily, or else you will be left behind.We were not informed that the system they are using, “Didasko,” will be shut down by January 2024, which will cause significant issues for students by noting being able to put in a second attempt on assessment.There has been no proper communication, such as emails informing students about this change.It had taken three months or for skills Australia to grade assessments. Even if you complete an assessment ahead of time, it will remain ungraded for months, and when it is finally marked, you do not get another chance to fix it.The CEO was rude and unprofessional and student services had no plan to resolve Complaint other then to re-enroll in unit from the schools and teachers mistakes.So let me ask?What is the purpose of second attempts?What is the purpose of due dates if they will take more than two months to mark the assessments?We pay a substantial amount of money, but the service is not worth it. The education provided to us is not worth the $20,000 we pay.During our kitchen class, we do not have good kitchen equipment or sufficient ingredients to use for cooking. As a result, we often have to use fewer ingredients or omit them entirely from our recipes.
