I had a very disappointing experience with the Skillsta app. I canceled the subscription within the trial period directly through the app, expecting that the cancellation would sync with my Apple account. Unfortunately, it didn’t—and I was charged $89.99 plus taxes for a subscription I explicitly opted out of.Despite multiple attempts to get this resolved—through Apple’s refund portal and phone support—both parties denied responsibility. Skillsta offers no direct support or refund resolution for this issue, and the integration with Apple’s system seems broken or misleading at best. This is not the first time I’ve faced such issues with Skillsta. The lack of accountability and transparency is unacceptable, especially when it comes to auto-renewing subscriptions tied to high charges.I do not recommend this app unless you’re prepared to monitor your subscriptions obsessively and fight for your refunds when things go wrong. If you've had a similar experience, I urge you to report it—it may help prevent others from falling into the same trap.>> Update: Reply from support team has been nothing but rubbish. There ar bunch of developers who said we know nothing about payments and can't do anything. This trashhy company has no organization or support mechanism. Stay away as much as possible.
