In June or July I withdrew 2 different withdrawls of $20 and $12.56. Never got the paper checks. 2 to 3 months later of waiting for said 2 checks in the mail I email them. They sent me a link for the bills app. I made an account been approved and resent the invoices 2 times. Last being on August 28th. And day before yesterday sent an email to skillz support which is supposed to be 24hr replay. Not to mention MANY emails before then. STILL NOTHING. Customer service won't email me back and I've been waiting for MONTHS for my withdrawals. Never had a problem in 2021 to 2022. Suddenly they don't want to help. Don't play.
