I asked for a refund on a cash game of 30 dollars with only 1 refund issued for the same month. They sent me an email that says they warned me that my refund level was high (they never warned me, and apparently 2 refunds a month is “too much”) I believe that they refuse to issue refunds for games of a more costly buy-in. What a cheap skate fraud game. I’ve won a lot of money but they don’t treat their long-time paying customers very well. 100% do not recommend playing these games or playing the higher buy-out games . They’ll steal your cash and call it fair.
