At first I enjoyed playing their games but when it came time to trade in my reward tickets for merchandise, it went down hill from there. I've been trying to get a Bluetooth speaker from them for over a month and get nothing but false promises of some phantom "warehouse team" contacting them about my order". After about 2 weeks of no contact isn't it about time to fire the warehouse team? Even better, how about taking a trip to the warehouse and find out what the trouble is instead of making excuses. I wish I had read all the BBB complaints before playing, they constantly ban players who start to win a lot and accuse them of cheating then take all of their money, but do they give the money back to the people who played against the so called "cheater"? No they keep it for themselves.
