I'm extremely frustrated with the customer service. It's scripted,basically the same response to the same problem. I have great wifi. New phone, good battery, no other open apps. Yet I open the app and it shuts down. I don't even get to select a game, look at my stats, read comments, Nothing. I press the app button only. The game is loading then a box either pops up say " one solitaire isn't responding " then it gives you a choice close app or wait. So I close the app. When it does open it shows I aborted the last game. It even shows no other challenger yet. So I copy game ID a write them and explain what happens. I've never gambled more than $10 at once. Most recently $.60 matches. But I used to play up to $10. So when the game had the problem I started noticing my funds were lower. I wondered how long it's been happening. I never paid much attention. So I started writing. Apparently there is a limit of how much can be credited per month. So I was told to wait 30 days to request again. I waited the 30 days but before I was told that I had just deposited $20. I could play 2 other games without a problem. But the other when I tried again it taking away from my $20 deposit if the game malfunctioned loading. My 30 days are and now there is an update. I've lost most of my $20 deposit because of the problem, I cashed in my tickets for $10 cash to play games and it works. Awesome it's fixed. Then I decided to make another deposit. $20. 1 day day later the problem starts again. So I write them. I'm told I exceeded the limit for a month AGAIN. I'm going to start recording my game not loading and post it on sites so others see the problem. Stop using the same scripted word for word reply. READ the customers concerns. Look for #Skilzzlackscustomerservice .For others reading if you have same please copy and paste and post as well.
