I had a great experience with Skin and Follicle, and in particular , the Earfold procedure. Really lovely manager and the surgeon too was very patient and calm and it went perfectly well. Really recommend it.

Earfold

Very happy with my whole experience at the clinic. Dr Kok took the time to go over all the potential risks beforehand so that I was making an educated decision. The Earfold procedure went very well and I am very happy with the results.

Ear Fold

I had a wonderful experience with Dr Reza starting from the consultation to the actual surgery. He made me feel really comfortable by explaining all the pros and cons of the procedure and what would be the best option for me. I haven't had any issues since the procedure and I'm glad I had it done as I feel more confident and happy with myself.. I definitely will be recommending this to anyone who needs it. Sumita was also a wonderful lady with lovely manners.

Otoplasty

I came to Skin and Follicle initially for ear fold treatment with Reza Nassab who talked me through my options and we found that otoplasty would be more fitting for the look that I was after. It was nice that instead of just agreeing with what I wanted he gave me his opinions too and we discussed any questions or doubts that I had.Reza and Ken performed the surgery a few weeks later and they are amazing and very professional! They made me feel really comfortable and not worried at all. They were really supportive and everything was very clean. These guys are really good at what they do and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. So happy with the end results and they know it too haha. Keep up the good work :-)Oh and the receptionist Sumita is really lovely too!K

Very professional and friendly sevice

Sumita was friendly and welcoming Dr Kok took plenty of time to explain procedures and there was no pressure to proceed. I had Botox injection and have been very pleased with the result
