Ridiculously long pending for redemption. Site claims on their redemption policy 2-5 days as most platform do. But not true, already verified identity as well as redeem to same purchasing option. Been 9 days. Contacted the platform since day 3 with question and was told it was under review and should be approved shortly. Contact them again today, same thing was said. Who takes 9 days to review 1 request that is 1) On a Documented Verified Identity Account 2) Requested to the same purchasing Debit with matching info to account. When does the 2-5 days redemption promo start? after the never ending Ridiculously unnecessary long period of "pending"(under review) time? OR after the scamming?
Revising my feedback: The support team was relentless in ensuring my redemption was processed, demonstrating remarkable patience. I will certainly return to engage with them again, thanks to their outstanding customer support.
This is really disappointing. This isn't a legitimate platform. They abruptly shut down my account for reasons that are unclear. It's strictly prohibited to stack promotional coins in any manner. Coins need to be used right away upon receipt and within 24 hours. Any user found stacking coins to increase their balance will have their account terminated without honoring any pending redemption requests. The rules they used to justify my account closure are nonsensical. I collected my daily coins as intended, but there's no warning that doing so could result in account termination. I didn’t ‘stack’ anything; I played normally, redeemed appropriately, and ended up losing everything. Their system permitted all transactions until they suddenly decided to void my account based on vague terms that don’t apply to my actions. If merely claiming a daily bonus triggers a flag, then the rules seem designed to allow the company to close accounts at will. Legitimate platforms don’t penalize users for utilizing their features. If they have to close accounts for standard gameplay, they probably shouldn't be in business.
Consider using a different platform. They have an arbitrary rule regarding 'stacking' promotions that prevents payouts if you're under the $100 threshold, forcing you to make additional purchases. If you do, they will take all your funds. The support is lacking, and any other platform is likely to provide more reliable payouts than this one.
They forfeited my $100.09 win due to 'bonus stacking,' which is amusing since they allowed me to make further purchases. Many other reputable sites don’t impose such restrictions; they allow you to buy as many bonuses as available. I’ve had significant wins on those sites, which is why they thrive. This platform seems to be just another one that scams users. Avoid it at all costs.
I had a pleasant experience. I found a couple of games that worked well for me, and I ended up in the positive. I wish there were community tables to share my win. Redemption took about 2.5 days, which is not the fastest, but it met my expectations.
I submitted my redemption request on 11/13 and still haven’t received it. The website states it takes 2-5 business days, but every time I contact them, I’m told everything is fine and it will be processed soon. Update - I was informed by customer service that the timeframe is actually 10 business days, which contradicts what is stated online. I will update my review once I receive my redemption.
I cashed out $5000 nine business days ago and still haven’t received a clear answer about my redemption! **update** I finally received my payout, and the customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful. It’s not a scam, just a new platform working out some issues.
