I found the face wash very effective for cleansing, and I’m satisfied with it. However, the concealers I received didn't match my skin tone. Since the company doesn't allow returns or exchanges after trying items, I had to buy two different shades, but neither was suitable. I ended up mixing them, which was inconvenient. Overall, the products are good, but the customer service and returns policy were disappointing.
