I reached out to Skin Care Market multiple times by phone and email. I called four times and left messages each time because no one ever answers the phone. I also sent emails. I received zero responses of any kind. No acknowledgment, no follow up, nothing.
There is no transparency, no customer service, and no accountability. Based on this experience, along with the fact that they are not an authorized seller of the brand, buyers should exercise extreme caution. I would not purchase anything from this company.
