Infamous when it comes to alterating the formulas of products which customers love, particularly sunscreens (which are often discontinued, and replaced with altered ingredient makeup, usually less product itself but with the same or higher price point).Any reviews on their website (ie. even moderately worded to the effect of "great product, not so the company for discontinuing much loved products") which are slightly less than glowing are moderated/deleted. So they definitely have thin skin, strictly adhere to an echo chamber environment, and refuse to listen to customers. It's funny there's one review thread on the same website, relating to a recently discontinued product (a sunscreen). The general sentiment among three pages of reviews/feedback is "please bring it back". For about 1 or so, to 2 pages each one of those reviews has attracted one downvote. Have to wonder if the 'downvoter' is a staffmember of theirs, or somebody higher up (downvoting each review out of spite). Best way to sum up the SkinCeuticals ethos, as said further up... embodiment of corporate greed, their lack of loyalty towards it's customer base is glaringly absolute.
