Worst website ever! I ordered some products but quickly cancelled them after an impulse buy. Contacted the team and they assured me it would be fine as I had cancelled within the time frame. I later received an email saying the product had already been shipped. I returned the items but received no refund. Made numerous calls but the people I spoke to repeatedly fobbed me off. I asked to speak to the manager (I would refer to the manager in the loosest term) who told me he would get back to me as soon as possible with an update. Quelle surprise, no phone call. In the end I had to contact my bank who refunded my money.I would not trust this website or use skinceutical products again.
