I ordered a CE Ferulic from their website ( VIT C product costing over £120 ) and received a faulty product. The color of the serum is a clear orange tone showing that the oxidation of the VITC has already started. I reached out to their CS and provided proof with pictures but, they kept telling me that the color was normal! All the messages from CS were super condescending and insulting! I am not only left with a product that has already started to oxidise ( got it just last week ) but, an extremely sour experience with arrogant CS reps. I'll never purchase a product from this brand again. L'Oreal is so big that their CS thinks they can get away with committing fraud and mistreating customers.
