They were so late to ship my product, they shipped it later than the expected delivery time they gave while I was buying it. On top of that, they work with GLS courier company which has a high volume of negative reviews and thousands of 1 star. My package ended up getting lost and no one takes any responsibility. It shouldn’t be this easy to say “We’re not responsible for any lost item” while working with the worst courier service in Canada. I’ll take this to the small claims court. Don’t buy it, because they don’t deserve you, your time and your money.
