Changes customer website and formula without warning! Weird customer service system/procedure

I used to love this product. From about May 2020 to September 2021, they used to consistently improve my eczema and cystic acne. Everything was great. Though, they would ship every 25 days which sometimes meant that I would receive my next capsule way before finishing my previous one and I would need to postpone my next shipment. And this happened several times. I had temporarily paused my subscription to catch up with taking my capsules before receiving more. Then, last August 2021, I logged into my account to restart my subscription and my Manage Subscriptions page would go blank and give me a "No Customer Found" linkpage that was blank. After using their website's Contact Form to ask about accessing my account, it took AN ENTIRE WEEK before someone responded saying that they were updating their website and that it should be completed "any day now". In the meantime, they restarted my subscription for me. One month later, again, I received my subsequent bottle too early and needed to postpone the date of my next shipment and the Manage Subscriptions page STILL didn't work! So this time, I called their number which only gave me the option to leave a voicemail and hope that they call back in a timely manner. 2 hours later, some random number that does not match the number I called TEXTS me back (?) and that customer service rep reveals that they have been working on the website since JULY (3 months at this point) and that it should work "any day now". I said fine, but if it doesn't work in Oct, I will just cancel my subscription and purchase as I need them. Oct rolls around and finally the website works. BUT, I noticed that the capsules themselves have changed SIGNIFICANTLY. They are 2-3x bigger and instead of being filled with only the white probiotic powder, now they're a beige brown and the inside contents are clumping together, not uniform. I tried giving them A chance for 3 days hoping that they would still work the same but they actually made my eczema and rashes worse, more itchy and my skin got red and swollen. I emailed them complaining about why the product was so different and about how it is making my skin worse instead of better like it used to. This customer service rep was polite but did not show any concern for my negative skin reaction nor apologized for it or the changes to the formula. He said that they had run out of the smaller capsules and had to switch to a larger-sized capsule and to fill it up, they added brown rice husk. Unfortunately I have candida and the carbs in this brown rice husk aggravates my eczema rashes and I can no longer use this product. So I just wasted $40 on a entire bottle of probiotics that I cannot use or return. There was no offer of a refund or any other way to make it up to me. They were basically like, too bad! We made surprise changes to the product and even if you're experiencing worsening skin effects, we're still keeping your money! And I am very turned off that this person completely ignored the fact that my skin is getting worse with their product which is marketed as something that is supposed to make your skin better. I do not trust a company that changes so many things in a short amount of time without any warning or updates. I was never once updated that the website was going through any changes. I was never updated that they had to change their capsule size and fill it with a new ingredient. And what if there are people out there who are fully allergic to rice or brown rice? And they receive this product that doesn't work for them and there is no offer to get a refund from the company even though you obviously are not happy with the product? I do not like that they think they can make all these changes and think that no one would notice (sneaky) or think that their company and product is so great that they never have to explain any changes to their paying customers. If they keep up this kind of behavior they will run out of business and life is hard enough in this pandemic as it is. There are so many changes that at least if your company is going to make changes to the product or website you could let your customers know at the very least out of common decency and courtesy. Skinesa will not be getting any more of my money and I will have to find sources of those probiotics elsewhere.
