Shady Dishonest Company

I did receive what I ordered. Besides that, this company is shady and dishonest. They don’t post reviews they don’t like, which is a red flag. Not only that, but when I tried to leave a review (after they emailed me multiple times asking me to), instead of posting it to their site, they emailed me telling me that I was wrong. I tried again later to leave reviews for all 3 of the products I ordered, which were all very fair and honest, and still none were posted. I did ask them why they won’t post reviews they don’t like and that’s when they suddenly wouldn’t respond to me. No wonder they have such good reviews on their website- because that’s all they’ll allow. And in my opinion, their products are not good.Edited to Add:The reply by Skingoo claims that I ordered a trial, then attempted to order a second one, then implies I only left a bad review after that not being honored.This is completely untrue. I never attempted to place a second trial order, or a second order at all, because I hated the products. I do not want more of them. In my reviews that they didn’t post, I did say I was not even using the products and I would not order them again. They also flagged my review as defamatory, which TrustPilot decided it’s not. Ironic but unsurprising response from them. Another edit after Skingoo changed their reply: how are you going to first claim that you can see that I ordered your trial products (which I did), then that I tried to unfairly order a second trial (which I did not), then claim that I’m using the products incorrectly (which I wasn’t - it’s not my first time using skincare)— and then edit your reply and delete your first claims like you didn’t even say them— to instead claim that you suddenly can’t find me in the system and suggest that I’m not a customer at all??? Lol. It’s ridiculous. This is exactly why I called Skingoo dishonest and shady and they are proving it true more and more with every edit and reply. Skingoo, you’re embarrassing yourselves. The lying is so bizarre and unprofessional. We have spoken through email and you have my order number (which I sent to you twice now). You can keep editing your reply, changing the whole story, accusing me of things, reporting my review and digging yourself a deeper hole. All I tried to do was leave a very fair review on your website that I wasn’t impressed with the product. I’m the only one being honest. Unfortunately I paid for your product- which is bad, but the company is even worse. I’m not a competitor- and if I were I would not be worried. Stay away from this company.Skingoo’s newest reply: So suddenly you’re admitting that I am a customer again? I actually DID reply to you, and you guys are the ones who stopped responding to ME (as I already said above)- so this is yet ANOTHER complete lie from you. I left more than one review because you emailed me SIX times asking me to leave a review for EACH individual product I ordered, and I ordered multiple products- so I left a review for each. I wanted your emails to stop so I did what you ASKED me to do. The reviews simply stated that I did not like the way the products felt on my skin. I can dislike the way something feels without using it for an extended period of time. Why would I keep using something if I hate the way it leaves my skin feeling? (The serum is not the only thing I ordered, and it’s not the only serum I’ve ever tried. Some I liked immediately, some I did not. Despite your claims, I do understand how serum works.) That does not mean I was “fire bombing”(?) you. That does not mean I “used the product wrong”. Why would you ASK for reviews in a certain timeframe if you think that timeframe is too short and means the customer is “using the product wrong”? I was actually extremely fair and even left a 3 star review which is absolutely neutral. I said I did not like the way they feel on my skin. That is not “nasty”. That is not a “violation” of anything. That is called an opinion. And again, I am a real customer and not a competitor. You guys are absolutely ridiculous. The person speaking to me needs help.Bottom line: you asked me to leave multiple reviews. I left very fair reviews. You did not like them, so you did not post them. I called you out, so now you’re trying to make me seem like the bad guy by lying continuously.
