Skinnyfit helps a lot. I have loss weight and energy is better and other stuff so it really does work. The flavor is fantastic taste yummy. I do wish we could get more product in the bag though I feel like it could be fuller. Also work on a website where we can shoose our flavors and payment and change options. But over all very good product would recommend it to everyone. It does take progress and time .
