Poor. Completed the Level 2 and 3 skin philosophy VTCT qualification and was surprised by how basic and unprofessional the online modules were. The main presenter is frequently swigging back her water bottle on camera (complete with sound effects) loses the thread of what she is saying, and her unscripted chat is not professional or accurate. For the price of the training I would have expected a lot more expertise and professional rigour around the subject matter, which is often vague and rambley. I also bought the book to supplement my learning (hoping it would be more coherent) but was disappointed to find grammatical mistakes and typos throughout. I have no idea how the book or the online modules have been professionally approved. Shame as she’s probably quite good, but the course content and style is lacking and poor quality.
