This service is utterly ineffective. I sold an item for €850, only to receive an email stating the price would drop after the 7-day trade hold, even though the price remained stable. When the transaction completed, I only received €641 in my account, despite selecting a payout to my card. Now, I have to withdraw from that balance and incur extra fees to access my own money. I also can't retrieve my item since I followed their request for a trade reversal, and now I must wait 30 days for its return, plus another 7 days before I can sell again. In summary: Sold for €850 but received €641. Can't retrieve my item. Additional withdrawal fees just to access my funds. This feels like a scam and a total waste of time. The process is misleading, the payout system is confusing, and support does not clarify any of this upfront.
