I went in for an appointment on November 27, 2025 for their “20 units for $87 plus 10 units free”.
They did not disclose that I would be paying FULL PRICE for what is advertised as free. I was only told that my 10 free units will roll into my next appointment. I only found out that I was actually charged full price when I received my invoice about a week later.
They disguise the “free” by saying that there will be no charge for them at my next appointment when they are already PRE-PAID. How does that make sense??? I told the clinic during my consultation that I was there for the $87 promo and the 10 FREE units.
I have contacted their client director and because I was charged for the 10 units she believes that they were administered when in fact they weren’t! So now all they have to offer me is 5 “complimentary” units along with the “10 free units” - again, that I paid for in full!

I received my invoice a week after my initial appointment which I had to reach out to actually get. And again, I’ve asked for all the papers that I have signed at the clinic and still have not received those.
