I placed an order, paid, and waited several hours, but did not receive the product. I contacted support and waited for a response for about half an hour. After getting a reply, I waited another 30 minutes for another response, stating, 'I will deliver soon.' Still no delivery by 6:30 pm, although I ordered at 12:30 pm. Minor language errors were noted, but I’ve dealt with worse. Usually, my business would have been completed by now. This is disappointing; I would consider ordering again if they proved reliable, but it's a lesson learned. Edit - Still no product as of 9:46 pm.
